First things first,
Make sure your hair is the length of a rice grain “1/4 inches” — to be sure allow your hair to grow about 3 weeks.
Exfoliate 3x a week. Exfoliation will be in your daily routine. Removal of that dead skin will give us a better chance of removing all your hair. Exfoliating will also help prevent ingrown and break-outs if you are prone to them.
Drink lots of water and take ibuprofen.
Make sure you relax as much as possible, the tension will only bring the blood more to the surface allowing some more discomfort. The best thing you can do is just breathe and trust the process.
